Louie's the smartest horse in the barn, and he knows it. He acts like a prince, but if you treat him like one, he's sure to be your friend. He can always be found getting into trouble with his one, and only true friend, Brandywine. (Everyone else is inferior.) Only comes inside if you ask, politely. He keeps his stall incredibly clean, and never makes a foul face at other horses, but can be prone to trying to scare away humans. Rather easy to walk around the barn, as long as there's an audience.
