Willow Fields

About Us Willow Fields is a long-lasting ranch, nestled in the mountains of Jackson Hole, Wyoming. It was once known as Outlaw Ranch. A long history of legends steaming from the late 1700s, this land has been seen by many and home to many historical figures and events. In the early 1990s, the owners of Outlaw (passed down through generations) disappeared and left no traces of a will or hint to a new owner. The ranch was then auctioned off to a gentleman coming from the UK. Outlaw focused on cattle and managed to build an amazing beef product line through most of the Northwest. His daughter, Melody was into horses and he did not deny her the ponies she pointed out and had to have. When Melody married, he passed down the ranch to her. She rebranded the ranch, naming it after her heart horse. Even though horses are a main focus, you can still find Outlaw beef in many stores and restaurants in the Northwestern United States.
